Healing for adult children of
narcissistic parents

Get your life back.

When clients come to me, they're usually feeling...

  • Anxious and burned out from helping, fixing, caretaking, peacekeeping.

They’re acutely perceptive of others’ needs, but struggle to put themselves first. They usually feel overly responsible for others' feelings and needs, trying to control what is outside their control. They have abandoned themselves and grapple with the feeling that their only worth is in caretaking for others.

  • Paralyzed by self-criticism, perfectionism, and people-pleasing...

...as they try to earn others’ love and approval. They are exhausted from constantly walking on eggshells with others, worrying about what they say and do.

  • Lost and empty inside.

They don't know who they are. They’ve lost themselves. All these years of self-sacrifice and making themselves small for others has left them questioning their own identity and wondering, “Who am I if I'm not taking care of everyone else?”

That's where I come in.

We all want to feel worthy, "good enough," and free to be our authentic selves.

What if you could feel worthy and "good enough" right now?

  • Break free from people-pleasing and codependency

Feeling empowered and liberated, no longer paralyzed by self-criticism and people-pleasing.

  • Find your true, authentic self

Reclaiming your identity outside of the role of caretaker - without guilt or fear.

  • Create a life where you're at peace

Empowering yourself forward with inner confidence, instead of relying on external validation.

That's what I help people do.

Here's the truth: You are enough. You have the power to step into the vibrant, authentic person you know you can be. Reconnecting with yourself and discovering your true identity is within your reach, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

As a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, I help people:

  • Let go of the overwhelming desire to fix and carry the pain of others

Which has been holding you back from living the life you truly desire.

  • Release people-pleasing and self-sacrificing behaviors

    Let go of toxic conditioning.

  • Grieve the loss of a parent they will never have

Process and gently move through the grief and deep sadness.

  • Reparent and reclaim themselves

Reparenting is the profound practice of being who you needed when you were younger. Reclaiming yourself is a journey of self-discovery.

  • Move from soul-sucking to life-giving relationships with others

Cultivate authentic and fulfilling relationships, both personally and professionally.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Taylor. I’m a Psychologist, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, and someone who has walked the path you're on. Growing up with a narcissistic parent, I intimately understand the confusion, self-doubt, and relentless search for identity that can come with this kind of upbringing. I was plagued by the question: "Who am I, really?" It's a question that can echo through your life like an unanswered riddle.

My passion and purpose are to help people raised by narcissistic parents to reclaim their sense of self, peace, and purpose. I see healing as a rebirthing process. It's a journey to create who we truly are and to grow into the people we are meant to be. What’s become clear to me through this work and my own journey is that healing together is a powerful source of strength and inspiration.

You don’t have to walk this journey alone – from one survivor to another - I’d love to help you get your life back.

Working Together

Like my clients, you deserve to know that you are “enough” just as you are. Your worth is not predicated on caretaking for others.

You want to step into the vibrant person you know you are and can be. Reclaiming yourself and discovering who you truly are is not out of your reach.

If you want to stop feeling small and not feel terrified to be your authentic self, I’d love to help you get there.
