Reclaim You Retreat
4 days. Sacred space. Deep healing.
A 4-day in person retreat for cycle breakers ready to shed shame and self‑abandonment and step deeper into their inner knowing and authentic selves.
April 30 - May 3, 2026 · Temecula, CA
A Sacred Space to Come Home to Yourself
Your conditioning taught you that…
That being your true, authentic self wasn’t safe.
That being yourself could cost you love, approval, or belonging.
So you became perceptive, small, careful, and externally focused instead.
You adapted and this wisdom protected you.
And in the process, you slowly moved away from your own inner knowing (or never fully developed it to begin with).
But after years of doing the work, therapy, reading, deep self-reflection, something shifted.
You can name the narcissistic family system you came from
and understand how it shaped your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self.
You recognize old patterns of self-doubt, self-abandonment, staying small. And instead of shaming them, you honor them as survival strategies that once kept you safe.
You’re no longer in crisis. You’re not just trying to get through.
And still… you can feel there’s another layer calling.
Some patterns remain deeply etched, even after alllll the insight.
You want to shift.
From self-doubt into trust. From self-abandonment into inner authority. From survival into aliveness.
You’ve done the foundational healing and are ready to step into expansion.
At this point, the question changes from “How do I get through?” to “How do I come home?”
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about releasing what was never yours to carry.
Remembering your truth and inner knowing.
Letting go of who you had to be so who you are can breathe.
Letting life orient around your soul rather than old survival strategies.
This is the heart of the Reclaim You Retreat.
You’re ready to:
Reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, grounded, and true
Make soul-deep connection with other cycle breakers and seekers
Live, speak, and move from your authentic truth - even when it feels tender
See what will unfold if you stopped outsourcing your power and trusted your inner knowing
Trade staying small, pleasing, and “good” for living boldly, rooted in self-trust, and fully yourself
Meet yourself — and be met by others — without distortion
This is exactly what we’ll be doing at the Reclaim You Retreat.
You’ve been on a healing journey for a while
This is your next step to take it deeper.
The Reclaim You Retreat is for you if:
You’ve already done the work: therapy, reading, reflection, naming what happened
You clearly see the family/societal dynamics that shaped you
You recognize the versions of yourself that were built to survive, belong, or “be chosen”
You feel an old way of being loosening - even if it hasn’t fully fallen away yet
You know, quietly and unmistakably, that you cannot return to who you were
It’s time to release the shame, fear, and self-doubt you’ve been carrying for far too long
And to fill that space with self-trust, embodied worth, and truth.
The Reclaim You Retreat is your space to be held in a loving, attuned community and guided with care, depth, and presence. This is where you’ll be supported in remembering who you are beneath survival, roles, and expectations that once kept you safe.
In this intentionally small and carefully curated retreat, you’ll be supported as you loosen old survival strategies and reconnect with the parts of you that were never broken, only buried.
And alongside the depth, there will be laughter. Spaciousness. Rest. Beauty. Soul-level connection.
The kind of friendships that feel like recognition.
The kind of belonging that feels like coming home.
Picture this…
You arrive and finally get to exhale. No rushing, no performing, no having to hold it all together.
We’ll eat all our meals together. Simple, nourishing food, and there’s plenty of room for conversation, laughter, and just being seen.
The days are spent in deep, hands-on work: group discussions, reflective exercises, and activities that help you notice what softens when you stop gripping. Some moments are inward and contemplative. Others are relational: learning, sharing, and connecting with others who truly get it. The focus isn’t fixing. It’s feeling, noticing, and gently shifting patterns that no longer serve you. You’ll see pieces of yourself in others, and others will see you—without needing to explain or justify a thing.
There’s also plenty of space to breathe. Time alone, time in nature, quiet reflection, and moments to let what comes up really settle. Optional practices like the sauna, hot tub, yoga, and a sound bath are here if you want them.
Evenings bring us back together for shared meals, laughter, and meaningful conversation. Days end settled, grounded, and spacious, like something inside you is slowly rearranging itself.
This is deep, meaningful work held in a supportive, down-to-earth space. Connection, insight, and gentle transformation happen naturally when people come together like this. And you won’t have to do it alone.
Session topics are to be confirmed but will focus on:
shedding shame (“I’m not good enough”) and self-abandonment
stepping into your authentic self
Embracing your self-trust and inner knowing
self-acceptance
The Venue
Set on a secluded 5‑acre sanctuary in Temecula, CA, this retreat takes place in a serene farmhouse nestled among towering Engelmann oak trees.

Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces open to the surrounding hills, creating a grounded, spacious container for reflection, connection, and deep work.

Meet your host, Taylor
If we haven’t met yet, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Taylor, a licensed clinical psychologist, coach, and fellow cycle breaker. I’m also an adult child of a narcissistic parent, which means this work isn’t just professional for me, it’s personal.
My own healing journey has been layered, humbling, and ongoing. I know what it’s like to grow up hyper-attuned to others, to doubt your inner voice, to carry responsibility that was never yours, and to slowly and painfully learn how to come back to yourself.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside hundreds of adult children of narcissistic parents as they untangle shame, reclaim their truth, and learn how to live from self-trust rather than survival. It’s work I love with my whole heart.
While I value 1-on-1 healing deeply, there is something magical about intentional group work. There’s a kind of medicine that emerges when people who truly get it come together: when stories are witnessed, wisdom is shared, and no one has to explain or prove their pain.
I view healing as a remembering, a gentle returning to what has always been whole beneath the conditioning. When we slow down, soften the nervous system, and sit in presence with others, something wise and spacious naturally unfolds.
This retreat was created from that place - a loving, grounded container where you don’t have to perform, fix, or strive. Where you get to be human. Where the collective wisdom of the group becomes part of the healing.
I would be honored to hold this space with you. Click below to schedule an exploration call where we can talk through the details and whether or not it’s right for you.
What People Are Saying About Working With Taylor
“Thank you for the opportunity to change my life. Thank you for taking your own vulnerability and sharing it the way you have to open up a space to help others like myself to heal and finally live a full life. I have been so blessed to have found you and this group and I’ve made a couple life long friends.
“This work is life-saving that you do.”
“It's added to a sense of feeling more grounded and earth-bound in the recovery and walk back to who I truly am.”
It’s easy to put yourself last.
To keep saying, “I’ll get to it later,” or to feel guilty about taking 4 days just for yourself.
Maybe it even feels like a luxury you can’t justify. I get it. But this isn’t indulgence. It’s necessary. You deserve a space to rest, to reflect, and to do the deep, grounding work that helps you step fully into your truth.
Because the work you’ve already done - facing your patterns, naming the dynamics, sitting with the parts of yourself that were hidden or hurt - is profound. And yet, some of the deepest shifts only happen when you give yourself permission to slow down, to let go of the constant doing, and to be fully seen in a safe, held space.
This retreat is your chance to do exactly that. To step into your own life, your own power, without explanation or apology. To connect with others who understand, who are also on their path of reclaiming themselves. To laugh, to reflect, to feel, and to let the collective wisdom of the group support your next level of growth.
