Adriana Bucci

After nearly 3 decades of enduring narcissistic abuse and 4 years of severe chronic pain, I made the choice to embark on my own healing journey. Doing my inner work not only helped me heal from the physical pain I went through, it also helped me heal from the childhood trauma of being raised by a narcissistic mother, (which set me up to have many other narcissistic relationships throughout my life). My healing journey inspired me to get certified as a trauma-informed life coach so I could help other people. My goal is to empower survivors of narcissistic abuse to heal, set boundaries, and live life on their own terms!

Your host, Taylor Damiani.
Meet Taylor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, and someone who has walked the path you're on right now. Growing up with a narcissistic parent, she intimately understands the confusion, self-doubt, and the relentless search for identity that can come with this kind of upbringing. Those years made her closely familiar with the profound question: "Who am I, really?" It's a question that can echo through your life like an unanswered riddle.
Taylor's passion and purpose in life are deeply rooted in helping adult children of narcissistic parents rediscover their essence and reclaim their lives after years of conditioning and codependency. Her coaching program helps people who are ready to reclaim their sense of self, peace, and purpose after being raised by narcissistic parents. She believes that healing from narcissistic abuse is not just about mending wounds; it's a profound rebirthing process. It's a journey to create who we truly are and to grow into the people we are meant to be.
Day 1
Oct 23
-
Taylor welcomes us to the Reclaim You Summit.
-
Most people don't fully grasp the power of their subconscious mind. In this interview, we cover understanding the subconscious mind, codependency, loss of self, and recovery of our authentic self.
-
Is your mother narcissistic, borderline, or just plain difficult? Are you empathetic, sensitive, and kind? Do you feel stuck in your relationship with Mom - never feeling good enough, responsible for her emotional well-being or struggle to set boundaries without feeling guilty? If so, chances are you have fallen into one or all of the hidden psychological traps that constitute The Good Daughter Syndrome.
-
Face it, we weren’t mothered the way we should have been, and that is a huge loss. But there are wonderful ways to be our own best mother and fill that gap now. You need never be alone again, because you’ve got a loving Inner Mother, and this presentation will share ways to access her at any time.
-
In this conversation with Simona Vivi H, we explore the concept of ‘boundary guilt’, and we get into the boundary fundamentals that create the scaffolding for setting healthy and aligned boundaries. Towards the end of our conversation, we bring it all together with a 3-step process for how to set a boundary. Join us for this conversation about boundary fundamentals and how to break free from ‘boundaries are selfish’ conditioning.
-
Many things that we think are us being fucked up in some way - are actually the result of an activated nervous system.
Do you struggle with any of these?
Social anxiety
Sleep issues
Panic attacks
Indecision
Hypervigilance
Not being able to stop and rest
Anna will help you understand:
Why so many of us who’ve been through narcissistic dynamics are living with activated nervous systems without even realising.
How to know when your nervous system is activated and the impacts of it on our mind and body.
How to start to regulate and calm your nervous system, to bring you back to sanity and peace.
-
Having a narcissist in your life (parent, loved one, friend, etc.) means grieving the loss of someone who is still alive. In this talk, Taylor explores the process of facing the painful truths we never wanted to confront… and how we honor our deep pain while healing and moving forward.
*This talk is geared towards those with a narcissistic parent, but is applicable to anyone dealing with a narcissist in their life.
Day 2
Oct 24
-
Ever felt trapped in a toxic family or struggled with addiction? In 'The Road to Reclaiming Me,' Jen shares her own journey to healing and self-discovery. Learn the power of setting boundaries, embrace slow living, and even discover how animals can help you heal. This talk gives you real steps to take back your life. Don't miss it if you're on a path to recovery and self-love.
-
Michelle shares her thoughts on: What is an empath & highly sensitive person? Why do empaths especially find themselves in narcissistic relationships? Are all empaths codependents? What does healing from toxic relationships look like?
-
Learning about NPD, knowing & honoring your story, & connecting with others is helpful but may not be sufficient for healing. CPTSD healing is a challenge & a journey; extraordinary recovery issues & tools are discussed. Renee’s passion is shortening the recovery path for others & she will share what she “wished” she knew sooner. Finally, opportunities for how to work with and/or connect with Renee are shared at the end of the presentation.
-
In this conversation with Krylyn Peters, we explore the concept of self-love, what it is, and how to practice it.
-
Stephanie shares how self-compassion can be a powerful healing tool for adult children of narcissistic parents.
-
Join Theresa in this conversation where she will:
Explore restrictive environments that discourage authentic self-development.
Identify factors that prevent authentic self-development and/or dismantle the authentic self.
Explore the environments that prevent or dismantle the authentic self.
Explore the process of developing and reclaiming the authentic self after narcissistic abuse.
Help you discover you and the process of strengthening the authentic self.
-
After a narcissistic upbringing or dynamic, we may feel as though we don’t know who we are. Why is that? And how do we find… or create our sense of self?
Day 3
Oct 25
-
Mainstream boundary-setting advice does not take into account setting boundaries with a narcissist. In this presentation, Adriana will go through the 4 mistakes you need to avoid when navigating boundaries with a narcissist so you can stay grounded in reality and maintain your sanity throughout.
-
Healing your inner child with hypnotherapy. Working in the subconscious mind is a powerful and deeply healing modality that helps you heal your wounded inner child and allows you to reparent yourself.
-
The idea of walking away from family goes against everything that we’ve been “conditioned” to believe. However, as generations evolve & knowledge abound, more & more people are deciding to cut off contact with their toxic parents & family. The “norms” or shall I say the “myths” that have once forced families to “stick” together “NO matter what” have weakened & people are tired of wearing masks & “pretending” to be ONE big happy family.
-
This presentation focuses on staying grounded during conflicts, particularly when dealing with narcissistic individuals and gaslighting. Hannah introduces the acronym "BARBD" to help navigate these situations. "BARBD" stands for Breathe, Align your spine, Respond, Set Boundaries, and Disengage. This talk will emphasize the importance of maintaining composure by deepening your breath, adopting a more aligned posture, responding thoughtfully, setting clear boundaries, and ultimately, disengaging when necessary. Hannah offers strategies to counter gaslighting, stressing the need for disengagement and provides examples of phrases to use. Overall, the presentation offers practical techniques for staying centered and confident during challenging interpersonal conflicts.
-
This presentation is a breakdown of what the mother wound is, how it shows up and what you can do to heal from the effects. You’ll be taken through a 4 step process to recover from the impact of a difficult relationship with your mother. Sian has helped 100’s of therapy clients to heal their mother wound, and has done this work personally herself.
-
In this session you will explore why recovering from Narcissistic System Abuse is uniquely challenging and exhausting. Recovery takes gas. If you are finding you are running on empty or wonder why you have been working overtime to heal and are getting nowhere fast, then you may be experiencing “recovery burnout.” It is possible to recover more quickly and effectively. Learn the step by step “recovery burnout” protocol that targets the depleting and damaging impacts of narcissistic trauma. If you are ready to get off the hamster wheel of healing, this session is for you.
